No own canoe? We have a kayak and two 1-person canoes for rent for our guests.

You have to walk a short distance from Lifestyle camping Welgelegen to get to the Oostervaart. The Oostervaart gives you the stepping stone to sail in the direction of Koudum and the Fluessen, or in the direction of Hindeloopen or Workum. That makes Lifestyle camping unique as a base camp.
As a nature lover, the beautiful ditches bring you to the beautiful nature reserves and the surrounding picturesque towns of Hindeloopen, Workum and Koudum. You can even take a canoe trip on the IJsselmeer.
